It’s great if you use the correct hardware. I’m really impressed with how it turned out. I’m loving the extra counter space I now have. I deducted a star because of the lack of instructions and the lack of explaining how to install without a concrete wall (which I assume most people don’t have). The included hardware is for concrete. I’m not an expert but I think if you have wood studs or hollow drywall, you will be sadly disappointed and understandably pissed off if you use what’s included. Imagine a huge microwave mounted on wall over stove!
I was reluctant to purchase this item because of the bad reviews. But intellectually I couldn’t see why the product wouldn’t work if installed properly. So I proceeded to order the brackets and I am so glad I did. They work beautifully, and brought my vision of a microwave kiosk to life!
