we used frozen French fries & they were “ok” but not great. then after reading the instructions more the first time we used the fryer, we used frozen French fries & they were “ok” but not great. then after reading the instructions more, I realized that the temp guide was Celsius instead of Fahrenheit. the second time we used home made fries & set the temp at 400 F & set timer at 20 minutes.
