Looks great. Everything else is dissappointing We bought this unit because it looks good, reported high air flow, and low noise (under 65 decibels). We also expected to get all the parts that come with it. Here are my complaints in order of importance:1. We expected to receive all the parts with the order. It came with no mounting hardware or instructions. I contacted the company and they sent *some* of the hardware within 2 weeks. However, the top bracket (they call it “hook” in the instruction sheet) still hasn’t arrived…
Poor service and literature The unit seems to be OK. I do not like the 24hr military clock on the unit and the lights are very very dim. The information does a poor job letting you know how high a ceiling it will fit. It will only fit a 8 ft. ceiling. You would think with all newer homes having higher ceiling that you could select when you purchase for the proper ceiling height. I ordered an extra section of chimney 14 days ago and they have charged my credit card and have not seen it as of yet. Not real pleased with…
