New Life for the old Hotbox I was at first worried because the original motor had a different nomenclature than what kept turning up in my searches. Example: my Amana dryer is a model LE4317L2 with a drive motor showing a drive motor specification of 501211. What kept turning up was replacement motor 2200376. Turns out my fears were unfounded, as this motor is an exact replacement and is working fine, requiring no modifications whatsoever. Just bolt it in, plug the terminal up, and away you go.
