This is my first major appliance that I have bought that was brand new. Just got it today from HomeDepot on sale, have already done 5 loads (lot to catch up on after a month, we have lots of clothes). I suggest you read the guide that comes with it as it has lots of good information on how to use it. It has a locking feature so it can spin at a higher ratio. If you want to leave items in to soak do so with the lid closed after you have selected to cancel the cycle. If you leave the lid open the water WILL drain after 10 minutes which is a very good idea if you…
