Looks good; clean lines with no lights on the front … This is an exhaust fan that removes smoke (and odors) from the kitchen while cooking on the stovetop. It works. The highest setting makes a fan sound that you can hear clearly, as do the lower settings, which are somewhat softer. It’s no louder than any other exhaust fan I’ve ever had – and it works, does the job of getting rid of smoke, something other high-end much more expensive fans I have had did NOT do. The first one I recieved wouldn’t run. Was shipped a second one but motor was out of alignment causing whole hood to shake loudly. They shipped me a replacement motor and when it arrived it was damaged (appeared to have been previously used). Eventually I recieved a second replacement motor which worked but was a pain to swap out. Final product is mediocre as hood still vibrates a bit. I installed my own pads which helped a bit. The air backflow preventer is very cheap and rattles. Overall, you…
