Excellent dehydrator, have used it twice so far. I’ve used it to dehydrate a batch of frozen blueberries and strawberries(sticky), an apple, and can of mixed veggies, with some kale chips on the bottom. The shelves each adjust by halves so I could give the kale more space. Second batch was a can of chicken spread out on parchment paper and a pound of ground beef jerky.It dehydrates quickly, the jerky was done in 8 hours, even the pieces on parchment.
