Unhelpful Customer Service/ Not very good product
Incredibly rude and unhelpful customer service, even when range was still under warranty. We are a school who purchased the range less than a year ago, have been having issues with pilot light going out unexpectedly a few times over the year, this last time the light went out it went out overnight and our gym completely filled with gas. I called Atosa, they gave me no solutions to my problem, were unhelpful and unwilling to even take a look, said that the only way they would help is if I took…
