Very Happy With This Fryer, One Cmplaint We ran it dry on the highest heat for 10 minutes as suggested by another reader. That got rid of the new smell. Took my husband two tries to get chicken wings/dummies perfect. Oh so good. He found 8-10 pieces would cook perfectly at one time. We don’t use a coating with ours. Fresh onion rings, sweet taters and fries cooked perfect. We have not tried fish. Very happy with this purchase.
