Both belts broke! Garbage Problem 1: The first order I placed, showed as delivered and was not. I was home all day. I was then forced to open a case with the US Postal Service, and placed a replacement order. Bear in mind this is for a vacuum that I can not use without this part, every day that passes, I can’t vacuum my rugs. (Not the end of the world, but annoying regardless).
