It looks great but the directions are so useless its not funny Just installed this in my kitchen. I did not use their ducts. I installed a smooth metal duct that runs to the exterior wall and ventilates to the outside. The installation was pretty simple. I can see that some people may find the instructions lacking, but if you have a feel for installing a hood, this one is simple.
