Great Quality, Replaces Other Appliances I own other Breville products (juicer, toast) and appreciate their quality. The Fast Slow Pro is built in the same high quality manner. It was a little bit of a gamble to spend over 2x more than the other popular pressure cooker, Instant Pot, but I figured the combined benefits of improved controls (simplified), and build quality would make it worth it. It’s easy to operate, and its design makes it look great in the kitchen. The pressure and cook times for various recipes are pretty spot on if a bit too long, but adjusting it is easy with just the turn of the knob. Most people might not be aware of this, but the 1/2 Full and Max Full lines are inaccurate for most pressure cookers out there, which can be a dangerous thing…
Great product and Great Company I have two comments. One about the cooker and the other about the company. The cooker is all that is advertised. Comes to pressure fast compared to my Instant Pot and Cuisenart units. It has an Programable Automatic steam release. You can have to steam released all at once, in short spurts, or not at all at the end of the cooking cycle.
