I purchased this a year and a half ago and waited to review it until now in an effort to give it an honest review. It was installed according to the manufacturers instructions. And at this point I would not recommend this to others. There are functions on the hood that make it difficult to operate on a daily basis. The most frustrating one being the buttons for dimming and brightening the range hood light. You have to consistently fight with the buttons to adjust the light. Making it at times…
Nice hood. A few little problems. The vent at the top was broken as I received it. Box showed no damage from shipping, so they must have packed it broken from the factory. I did repair it. The WHITE LED lights are too yellow 3000K so I replaced them with day light type. 6000k. The LED indicator lights on the front are WAY TO BRIGHT. They used 200 ohm resistors to set the brightness level. I changed the 4 resistors to 11,000 ohm and they look great now. I have no idea why they made them bright…
