Excellent Safer Option For Hooking Up Your Steam Dryer This was an excellent solution. The rubber hoses that arrive with your steam dryer are a danger and must be replaced every two years or so to maintain stability and safety. The braided steel hoses are less likely to burst or become compromised over time. I recommend everyone replace the generic hoses that your dryer ships with.
