Piece of poop… Bought it just over a month ago so window to return closed. Iâve literally pressed five shirts in that time, heeding all the instructions from the manual.It worked very well until today. No steam billowing, water drizzling and the non stick surface is now, well, sticking and butchering the fabric.So I called support. Literally 20 minutes on hold. Prompt to leave a number for them to call me back didnât work. Finally someone answers and tells me their system is down…
Not worth the price. Returned this twice because it had water in the tank and marks on the plate looking like it had been used. At this price, the iron should come in pristine condition. Amazon was great, as always, and ended up rounding my money but let me keep the iron. I do use it, but it is not as expected. I cannot turn the steam pop at halfway, or it leaks sporadically, even on the hottest setting. You are also supposed to go through a self clean feature every time…
