TIPS:
1. First use, you can apply a seal quantity of vegetable oil to the attachments then clear them by hand.
2. Always start mixing at lower speed, gradually increase to the recommended speed as stated
3. Coming with overheating protection, when the stand mixer is overheated,it will stop automatically until it cools. So the mixing time don’t should beyond 10mins in a one time.
