I did not have high expectations for this steamer because it looks so small. I tested it as soon a the package was delivered and it works wonderfully! You have to follow the instructions though, it has to be held vertically and not horizontally as you would hold an iron. You also must make sure there is enough water in it. This is a very handy small steamer. It is light-weight and economical, So easy to use and really does the trick!
