Severely Limited Functionality I really wanted to like this item, but after an hour of using it I had to admit that this was much harder to use than other methods.The main problems:1) The area where you grab and press the plates together gets HOT (obviously). There is no way around that you cannot grab just below them because you really need to squeeze hard to get the wrinkles out. Might work for you, but you’ll need a potholder Not bad. I was disappointed that it failed to flatten troublesome shirt plackets. If your shirt normally has no problems, but one day it comes from the wash with wrinkles or folds, this iron might remove them. I especially liked the opposing irons, as the worst part of my shirts is the plackets (the fabric around the buttons or buttonholes).
