550 watts, no doubt. Label shows it. Very powerful torque, should make bread fine. The small bowl is something I am not used to, but figured, well, its probably actually all I need. I just burnt the motor on my 300 watt sunbeam, making divinity, so power was what I was after. I just whipped 4 whites, my usual number for Japanese pancakes, amd it was fast, less then 4 minutes, and really the smaller bowl was better.
