Surprisingly good cooktop This is a great range for the price. Actually better than ones costing double. We’ve been using it for 2 months. It cleans easily. The grates are heavy! with heat resistant rubber feet so they always set properly (flat) on the stove top and no issues setting them on counter tops with scratching. Dangerous and completely unacceptable customer service Completely unacceptable. While I have had the unit for just under two months, the unit has only been installed for approximately 30 days. The right front burner gas valve stuck in the on position making it so that I was unable to turn the flame off. I had to turn the gas off to the unit. After pushing on the knob incredibly hard I finally got it to rotate to the off position. the knob now turns but the unit will not ignite nor will it release gas to that burner.
