Great Quality… I bought this because I wanted a stainless steel pot to use with a different brand of pressure cooker. Based on the look of the Cosori pressure cooker this pot is designed for, I took a chance. The pot has worked perfectly and I’m very impressed with the quality of the stainless steel. It’s well made, thick and has not caused any issues related to food sticking. It cleans up easily and I don’t have to worry about either scratching the surface when using metal utensils or the non stick coating…
