Solid performance with a few caveats Let me start by saying that I own an Instant Pot, so I will compare the two. The Crock-Pot version operates well and if I didn’t own the Instant Pot, it would seem perfectly fine. The biggest advantage is that it seems to come to pressure much more quickly.
