Impressive machine I was impressed with this mixer right out of the box. I got the white one and it’s just beautiful, plus it looks powerful enough to chew up my macadamized parking pad. Instructions on assembly and use are mostly clear. I used it this afternoon to make a loaf of coconut bread (Paleo recipe), which is really stiff stuff, but the mixer did a great job.
