Spinner stopped spinning fast but It can be fixed easy. Customer Support Awesome. 2 months into using this the spinner started making noise and the spin was not fast. I almost returned it but saw on the back there is 3 screws I thought I would remove to access the inside of the unit. After removing the screws, I could see the motor for the spinner. there is 2 screws that you can use a screwdriver but they were too tight to use the phillips. so I used the hex tool to remove the 2 screws that looked like they hold the spindle in place.
