Very disappointed in this product. Packaging was the first issue: the tube was so badly kinked I still have not been able to get it straightened out. The second issue is that the tube does not fit my vacuum (before you comment on this, I have a variety of vacuums) and I was concerned about damaging vacuum(s) or product.
