This dryer hose is just fine, but the clamps that come with it are terrible. Even the directions that come with the hose tell you to buy worm gear clamps, though there is no mention of this in the product description web page. I tried in vain to hold the clamps that came with the hose open wide enough to slip over the opening in the back of the dryer, bruising my thumb painfully in the process.
