Useless for cleaning your car unless you take a saw to the tool Was greatly disappointed with this item. I purchased it to clean the areas in my car a normal attachment will not fit. This seemed like the perfect solution. Unfortunately, the head at the working end of the tool is so large it does not fitting any additional places the standard tools would not. To make this tool useful, I had to cut the wide part of the head with the brush off the rest so the sucking end would actually fit along the sides of my seats where I needed to clean. With that…
Wrong item or the item is not as described I may update this later, but I was either sent the wrong item or the item is not as described.First, this is not 36 inches, it’s 21.5 from the base to the tip of the bristle. After only a few uses, the brush ends have become bent outwards, since they catch on the sides of the kind of narrow crevices you want a crevice tool for.The overall quality is good, of course–it’s Dyson. Things fit together…
