Works great! I have 3 sizes of stovetop pressure cookers … Wow! Works great! I have 3 sizes of stovetop pressure cookers and they are fairly loud. This electric pressure cooker is silent! It was so quiet that I was afraid it was going to blow up. I googled if it’s supposed to be silent and it is. Phew! Cooked 4 lbs of pork loin for 60 minutes. The pc works TOO GOOD. Just like the larger six and eight quart Elite models, just smaller… We already own the eight and six quart electric pressure cookers and wanted something just a little smaller for smaller meals. Of course we could cook smaller meals in the larger cookers but, this size is just right when you want a smaller sized pot for cooking. It does the same great job as the larger cookers. It doesn’t take up much room on the counter and really comes in handy for anything we have wanted to cook in it. It browns, cooks, slow cooks and steams too. It fits in the cabinet…
