Took about an hour, but the dryer is no longer screaming and squealing like tortured soul. Helps to have 2 people to fix it. If your dryer is squealing and squeaking you need this kit. Mine sounded like mini demons from hell were screaming to get out. Pulling the top from the tabs was the biggest challenge there was.Once I got the putty knife flush with the top surface and got that tab worked inwards, the top came off easily. The bottom kick plate pries off easily, the springs come right off and the two screws holding the front housing release the whole thing (don’t forget to unplug the wire).At that point the barrel is half off and with the belt off it just slides off the back assembly.The two wheels are sitting at about…
