Great home mixer!
We had an old stand mixer which broke beyond repair and it was time for upgrade. I purchased this one since it looked nice and was in my budget .I’ve made medium batch bread rolls twice and it works beautifully with that heavy, thick dough. It can handle most everything without going max levels.Also this model comes with Oil drip cover so no more worries of it.It comes with 5 quart, so overfilling is never an issue.I am still learning some of the tricks in adding ingredients while…
