We were pleased with the hood at first but it has since broken due to what can only be poor quality. The buttons for the fan speed and hood light broke – the buttons have been pushed inside of the hood enclosure! I pressed the button, it made an odd sound as I pushed it and the button went in so far that it got stuck in there. Whatever holds the buttons on from the inside broke. After living with that for a bit, eventually the entire button assembly is now pushed in and none of the buttons are…
