Part was a perfect fit!Use Vaseline or a similar lubricant AFTER cleaning the shaft to ensure the seal goes on smoothly. It is designed to ride up and down a bit on the shaft beneath the drum, not away from the drum.If you place the drum in with too much pressure and the shaft is NOT lubricated it will stick toward the bottom not making contact with the drum and prematurely wear out causing yet another leak.TUB NOTE- if your washer is old like mine is, spray WD-40 at the base…
