the repaired dryer worked fine. Getting the screws to screw into the ball … OMG I’m going to shoot this darn thing. The three mounting screws are located in the drum and came out with a little bit of effort and some vice grips. However, the new part isn’t tapped. I had to put the thing in a vice and try to tap it with a spare screw with similar thread, then I had to REAM it out with a drill. Ridiculous. Instructions wouldn’t hurt. I presume the ball bearing goes on the outside rear of the dryer from the wear marks on the old plastic pocket. I used the lubricant…
