Unreliable, poor customer service After 3.5 months this microwave stopped working. Called for a repair, the repair guy had to order a new control panel. After one week of waiting, he checked for the part and was told it’s on backorder, we don’t know when we will receive it. Called Frigidaire to see if they can expedite it, get a message that they are doing training and can’t take calls, please call back later.
