Excellent product! Completely cleans stainless steel carafe and worth the money! This product was amazing! Our Bonavita coffee maker was ready for descaling, and the stainless steel carafe was caked with what I thought was a permanent brown stain. Since we were overdue, I decided to use two packets. The first round resulted in brown water, and I let the second round soak. I was please (and appalled!) at the brown flecks that continued pouring out.
