D.O.A. First, I DO NOT own this refrigerator. After doing a lot of research, I think it may be a great refrigerator but I will not be buying it. Why, because the water filter (only available thru GE) run about $50 plus tax! With a 6 month filter life, it will cost roughly $110 per year to keep this thing operating. Refer to owners manual before start up My comment here isn’t from ownership of this particular model but rather in response to the previous reviewer with an unfortunate experience. This as with any newly delivered refrigerator to your home, is not to be powered on for at least twenty-four hours after positioning up right; to insure that the refrigerant is settled.
