We ordered a 27″ since the repair man said to do so. Amazon did not give the dimensions so I looked at the same one on the GE home site. When it arrived it was well packaged and arrived with no damage, etc.; however, it was one solid, very heavy, 170 lb unit, rather than two pieces like our previous one.
