After 4 service calls, a replacement mother board and ui panel, and HOURS on hold, the nice technician told me its a known engineering issue and they can’t fix it and he said, “I’m not supposed to tell you that.” After struggling with GE for weeks, they have finally conceded to send me a new oven…an oven that may have the exact same problem.
