Great replacement part for GE Select 3500 series washing machine. If your agitator is making funny noises or not spinning then check out the hub underneath it. If the splines are gone then you need this part and the agitator (GE WH43X10034). The install goes pretty quickly with a little patience if your old bolt was rusted like mine. To remove the old hub start with getting the bolt out. If the socket slips around the edges try a 12 point of the same size or the next size down in SAE or metric.
