Now I have two but would like to have three! Since I received my Instant Pot IP DUO 7 about a week ago along with the extra pot which I had ordered, I have prepared our entire meals in the Instant pot. (s) I now have two pots and two lids. I prepare one dish and then remove the pot and cover with the lid to keep warm, (sometimes in a 200 degree oven if it’s going to be a while…) and then I use the other pot to make my next dish/side.
