Great customer service I am giving this 5 stars for the fantastic customer service I received from Golden Vantage. First of all, the range hood arrived and after checking it over we discovered that the chimney had a couple of minor dents in it. I really didn’t want to put up a damaged item in our new kitchen but I also didn’t want to have to ship the entire thing back to Amazon for replacement. Solid and works great, though lights are just for decoration We put this in with our new kitchen cabinets and appliances. All in all, it’s quite a deal. The fan is powerful and effective, and smooth running. The stainless steel is solid, as is the general construction. The lights, as everyone has commented, are a joke. Just for decoration really.
