Solid product – not perfect, but more than adequate I currently have a L’Equipe dehydrator and like it a lot. So this particular unit had a lot to live up to if it was going to impress me. Unpacking the unit, I found it to be a bit smaller than what I had anticipated. However, the trays seem to be a bit deeper and they definitely hold a substantial amount of product for dehydration.
