I have used hamilton beach products for many years. This unit replaced a unit that was getting about 15 years old. I had replaced the glass twice, cause I broke it. I replaced the cutter assembly, the seal wore out. The new unit worked ok so I passed the old to the trash. Guess I threw the wrong one away. The new one lasted 6 weeks. The blades no longer rotated when the motor came on. Got customer service on the phone after about 1/2 hour, the said that they would replace the cutter assembly…
