Hamilton Beach Very Poor Customer Service It came with two dough hooks and one was not the correct one for this beater so it wouldn’t stay in. It was brand new, out of the box ad Hamilton Beach wanted to treat it like a warranty situation asking me to cut the cord, send a picture of the mixer showing the cord was cut, on a perfectly good mixer, nothing wrong with it except they didn’t have a replacement dough hook. instead of taking one out of another box they wanted me to do their job for them. Cut the cord, pay for shipping it…
