Cooking for One Hawkins
Nifty but iffy design and high risk of burns if not handled carefully. Unless you’re a single person living alone and cooking one meal at a time, you probably want to consider spending the extra few dollars and invest in the 3 liter version, which is about the same overall footprint but twice as tall. They strongly recommend not cooking anything which “foams up” in this one due to the small size, as the steam port can get easily clogged with schmutz and create an unsafe situation.
