Company is oblivious to the issues with SpinScrub Brushes Initial reaction when I had first received this Carpet cleaner, was pretty good. Opened the box, only thing I had to assemble was the handle and it was ready to go. Most of the 5-Star reviews have covered the good part of its functioning. Do Not Waste Your Money I am COMPLETELY disappointed in Hoover for this product. Several months ago, I threw it in the trash because when my husband took it apart to see why it wasn’t working anymore, all of the parts were rusted! Are you kidding me… it’s a carpet cleaner. I use it alot. I had a more advanced Hoover product before this and used it for about 3 years before it stopped working.
