COOL BEANS I really think this is the bomb. I read so many complaints that it “spun so slowly…” sprayed water all over the place” IF YOU TAKE the time to READ the book and 2) realize that the tortoise is as effective as the hare…in other words it SPINS SLOWLY but steadily and with constant hard pressure STILL SPINS consistently: you can see it was NEVER designed to spin QUICKLY not with it being vacuumed powered!! same with the spray!! Great scrubber, lackluster suction. I like this hand tool because it scrubs the carpet better than the standard attachment that comes with the Hoover carpet cleaner. I’m only giving it 3 stars because I’m not impressed with the suction of water back off of the carpet. The waste tank wasn’t as full as the clean water and solution tank was at the start. I know that inevitably some water will be left behind, but this seemed excessive. I’ll still use it again because it’s still better than the standard attachment. However I may…
