Works as Advertised Works exactly for what it is designed for…a replacement for the original part. This was the only one I found so was very happy to find it. The only negative comment might be is there is a small “catch” when inserting and pulling it out. I need to give it a little extra push and pull that I didn’t with the original. It works perfectly though so I am happy to have my disposer working well again. My original one had rusted and had plastic parts around the magnets fall away. This happens…
