Very Well Made This is a well constructed pan that comes with a lid (my wife loved that) for storage. She cooked banana bread in it by first spraying the pan with a no-stick spray and pouring the batter in with the divider in place.The pan fit perfectly in our Instant Pot and on top of a trivet. Once cooked, the bread still stuck to the pan so, bear in mind that this is not the same as baking in an oven. Not really for baking or reheating, just storage or as a lunch box of sorts This is a stainless steel pan with silicone lid. It measures 7″ across and 2″ deep. There’s a removable metal insert that divides the pan into thirds, however, the divider is not flush to the pan bottom. Liquids will pour right under the divider. This is better for putting nuts, veggies, etc. for serving or storage rather than for baking unless you want the divider baked into the food. Convenient for baking and in a pot Very nice pan with dividers. I used it to bake in and was able to make a 3 flavored and 3 colored cake in the oven. I should’ve paid more attention to the size since it’s pretty small. Great for making vegetables in an InstaPot though. I’ve only hand washed this. The lid is a great addition if anything is leftover. Again, I hand washed only. If you’re making vegetables, clean up is a breeze. If you’re baking a cake, make sure you use something to grease the bottom, sides and dividers (on both…
