Love this dual temp wine and soda cooler I really like this cooler with dual temp control. We bought it for a kitchen remodel to fit under our new countertop. It has not been installed yet but is up and running in our living room. We let it sit unplugged for a week. Then we plugged it in for a week to get the temps right. Then the 3rd week we added wine and sodas. It has cooled like it is supposed to. Be patient and follow the directions. We love the sleek look and the lighting that is optional. Ooops! Too bad. This is a beautiful looking cooler. Nice doors, easy to program temperature, solid racks, doesn’t cool. Left unplugged in box for 4 days, then left unpacked over the weekend. Plugged in and thermostats lit up. Waited 2 days and was same temperature as room. After 3rd day tried to reach manufacturer, tried again next day. Finally called Amazon, thank goodness! They also tried to reach the manufacturer to no avail. Amazon made me whole, to my chagrin I ordered a different brand from local…
